1. Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for women who feel mentally overloaded, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or simply in need of deep rest and reconnection.
You do not need to be "good at yoga," spiritual, or experienced with retreats.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

2. What can I expect during the retreat?

Think slow mornings, nourishing food, ocean air, grounding practices, meaningful conversations, movement, journaling, relaxation, and space to simply breathe again.
The retreat is designed to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and inner reconnection.

3. What is included in the retreat price?

Your retreat includes:

Flights are not always included unless explicitly stated.

4. Where is the retreat located?

The retreat takes place in beautiful Imsouane, a peaceful surf village on the Moroccan coastline known for its calming energy, ocean views, and slower rhythm of life.

5. Do I need retreat or yoga experience?

Not at all.
This retreat is created for all levels and focuses more on feeling than performing. Everything is invitational, and you are always encouraged to listen to your own needs and boundaries.

6. What if I come alone?

Many women come alone and leave feeling deeply connected.
The retreat environment is intentionally warm, safe, and supportive. Most guests quickly realize they are surrounded by women who feel very similar to them.

7. Is there free time during the retreat?

Yes.
We intentionally create spaciousness in the program so you can rest, journal, explore, surf, read, nap, reflect, or simply do nothing at all.
This is not a "packed schedule" retreat.

8. What kind of accommodation can I expect?

We carefully select accommodations that feel warm, calming, aesthetic, and aligned with the retreat experience.
Depending on availability and room type, shared or private rooms may be available.

9. What is the food like?

Meals are nourishing, fresh, and made with care.
We aim to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies wherever possible. You can share your dietary needs with us before arrival.

10. Is this retreat focused on healing or therapy?

This retreat is designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and reconnection.
While we may work with experienced facilitators and professionals, the retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

11. Will there be internet and phone connection?

Yes, although we encourage guests to unplug where possible and allow themselves moments away from constant stimulation and digital overwhelm.
Many women experience this as one of the most restorative parts of the retreat.

12. What airport should I fly into?

We will provide all travel details and recommendations after booking, including the best airport options and transfer information within Morocco.

13. What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Swimwear
  • Layers for evenings
  • Journal
  • Sunscreen
  • Any personal essentials

A full packing guide will be shared before the retreat.

14. What if the retreat does not go ahead?

The retreat will only proceed when the minimum number of participants is reached.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling, all participants will be informed as early as possible and appropriate next steps will be communicated clearly.

15. How do I know if this retreat is really for me?

If a part of you feels tired from always carrying, doing, pushing, managing, or surviving… this retreat was created with women like you in mind.
You do not need to arrive "healed," productive, or perfect.
