  • Journaling (how do I feel, really?) — Annick or Edith
  • Free time (rest, ocean time, integrate)

Afternoon (group session)

  • Nervous system reset & understanding stress patterns with Annick

  • Free evening (ocean time, rest, connect)

 Day 3 — Release & Receive

Morning (slow & phone-free)

  • Breathwork & soft movement by Shirley
  • Breakfast
  • Journaling (what am I holding onto?) — Annick or Edith
  • Free time (rest, ocean time, integrate)

Afternoon

  • Group session: emotional release & safe expression by Annick
  • Followed by: Moroccan cooking class (optional, light & playful) — the whole team

  • Dinner
  • Free time (ocean time, rest, connect)

 Day 4 — Awareness

  • Meditation & yoga by Shirley
  • Breakfast
  • Journaling (patterns & inner dialogue) — Edith
  • Free time (rest, ocean time, integrate)

  • Understanding patterns & attachment styles with Annick

 Day 5 — Self-Worth

  • Heart-opening practice with Shirley

  • Journaling (self-worth & relationships) with Edith
  • Free time (rest, ocean time, integrate)

  • Boundaries, self-worth & relational healing by Annick

 Day 6 — Expansion

  • Journaling (what do I need more of in my life?) with Edith
  • Free time (rest, ocean time, integrate)

  • Visit to a local souk with the whole team

 Day 7 — Integration
